Registration
Online Registration is under
construction and testing at this time. We
anticipate the new system will be available on
Sunday, September 15th. Current table status is
available now.
In the meantime you can download the forms to
register by mail (instructions below).
Current Table Status:
You
can see the current table status now by going to the
Table Map
and clicking on one of the four colored main
areas.
When
the selected main area comes up you can see the
tables that are available. You can then click on the
tables for more information.
Registration
To register you can download the forms and mail or
fax them to us.
You must be a member of the Train Collectors
Association to sell trains or train related items at
the Rocky Mountain Toy Train Show. Non members can
attend and/or display train related items and
layouts. For information on exhibiting train
related items go to
Exhibitor
Information.
If you are not a TCA member and would like to sell at the show,
See "Not A TCA Member" below.
TCA members can register by;
1.
Download the registration Forms on the
Download Forms page.
2. Print out the registration form.
3. Fill out the registration form and send it
in along with your
payment.
To pay by Credit Card. Fill out the
credit card information and FAX the completed
registration form to;

To pay by Check. Enclose a check payable
to RMD TCA and mail it along with the
registration form to:

Not
A TCA Member?
If you are not a TCA member and would like to
join and sell at the show, the Rocky Mountain
Division (RMD) of the Train Collectors
Association (TCA) has a special membership drive
for those residing within their territory of
Colorado, Nebraska, Montana, Utah and Wyoming.
If you live within the Rocky Mountain
Division (RMD) states
RMD will pay your TCA Initiation Fee of $25 and
give you 1 year free RMD membership worth $10. A
savings of $35.00.
To Take advantage of this special RMD membership
offer;
1. Download the "RMD Special TCA Membership
Packet"
on the Download Forms page.
2. Fill out the form. If you can't
find 2 TCA members to
sign your form, email the RMD TCA Vice President
Kent Schwarz at
rmdtcasecretary@gmail.com for
assistance.
3. Mail the completed TCA Application form
plus a check
payable to RMD TCA for $35 to;

like to join the TCA

3. Mail the TCA Registration Form plus a

to TCA for $60. We will give you 1 year free RMD
membership worth $10 and we will process your
application through the TCA national office.
